Popular FAQ’s

Our deep experience with building and construction gives us a wide scope to create whatever type of holiday home or modular dwelling you might require. Here are a few FAQs that might help answer any questions you have. Or you can talk to us.

Firstly, we’ve engineered these very cosy dwellings on Rover-approved trailers, meeting caravan standards. Additionally, our Lineage range emphasises swift manufacturing and installation, making use of existing caravan utilities for a seamless setup. Plus, you can start seeing a return on investment immediately upon delivery.

Yes, that’s why the approved trailer is essential. With less than a day’s work, the home can have the underskirt removed, services unplugged, be moved to a new site or another park, utilities reconnected, and skirts reinstalled, ready for use.

Our Holiday Park clients seek unique guest experiences, and Lineage Home’s solution is elevated comfort and novelty in design, potentially allowing for higher guest fees. Additionally, traditional builds often face delays due to offsite tradespeople and weather, but our undercover builds ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. What’s more, our homes can be set up in a single day, allowing guests to stay within 24 hours of setup, leading to a faster ROI.

Because of their smaller, compact footprint and trailer-based design, Lineage Homes can be positioned much like a large caravan. Additionally, their installation doesn’t necessitate earthmoving, cranes, or large trucks for footing placement and tiedown.

As a standard, all Alphaline structures are built to a minimum of N3. When secured with proven cable earth anchors, they can withstand most typical coastal conditions. Additionally, we offer engineering customisation of structures to C2 and C3 standards. All exposed structural steel is coated in-house with a 3-coat Dulux system compliant with AS/NZS 2312.1:2014, capable of catering to an atmospheric corrosivity category of C4, even in close proximity to saltwater areas.

Typically, the manufacturing period is 6 weeks, depending on the current workload. However, our Alphaline team will provide you with a programmed works schedule, offering exact installation timing. This allows you to maximise income from the old LTC right up to the minute, so you can schedule its removal just in time.

Customisation is at the core of our business, ensuring that we tailor solutions to meet your unique needs. Furthermore, our end-to-end service is deeply ingrained in our DNA, and
it’s been a critical factor in our success.

With these combined, we believe it’s essential for delivering superior family experiences.
